Become a Sponsor of the Have A Heart Benefit

The Inaugural Have A Heart Benefit was a huge success, with over 300 patrons attending and over $17,000 donated.  We hope this year’s benefit will be an even bigger success.  Help ease the burden of those victims of unforeseen circumstances by becoming a sponsor.  Sponsor donations are tax deductible and will be administered through the NTAF Great Lakes Heart Transplant Fund in Honor of Jennifer Shih.

We would like to thank you for your Sponsorship by offering one free admission to sponsors who contribute at least $50 and two free admissions for sponsors who contribute $125 or more.  All free admissions will include a two hour complimentary beer and wine bar.

The following levels of sponsorship are available:   

Bronze - Up to $100
Silver - $125-$500
Gold -   $525-$750
Platinum Over $750

Become a Corporate Sponsor- 

The Inaugural Have A Heart Benefit was a huge success, with over 300 patrons attending and over $17,000 donated.  We hope this year’s benefit will be an even bigger success, which is why we are asking for corporate sponsorship. If you are interested in becoming a corporate sponsor of the Have a Heart Benefit, your company logo or name will appear on all media announcements, the benefit program, the benefit banner at the front door of the event, and all email alerts. We would also like to thank you for your contribution by offering 2 free admissions to the benefit. All free admissions include a two hour complimentary beer and wine bar. To become a corporate sponsor the contribution is $1500 or more.
